Nintendo has planned a new Indie World Showcase livestream for Wednesday, with “20 minutes focused on fresh and new indie games coming to Nintendo Switch.”
The Indie World stream kicks off at noon EDT/9 a.m. PDT on April 21. You can stream the latest episode via YouTube above.
This is Nintendo’s first Indie World presentation in about four months, and first livestream since its February Nintendo Direct. The December 2020 Indie World included new information about Super Meat Boy Forever, Among Us, and more.
As for what this broadcast could mention, Hollow Knight: Silksong is a possibility, as that game has no launch date or window yet, and February’s show came and went with nothing about the game.
We could also hear more about Axiom Verge 2, which was first announced for Nintendo Switch in 2019. In mid-February, Epic Games revealed its Windows PC version would be an Epic Games Store exclusive. Otherwise, we saw nothing about that game either in the December Indie World or February’s Nintendo Direct.
